摘要
目的利用双水相萃取技术提取分离白英中的总皂苷。方法以乙醇/硫酸铵为双水相萃取体系,研究乙醇质量分数、硫酸铵质量分数、pH值、温度等因素对萃取效果的影响。结果萃取条件为乙醇质量分数为30%,硫酸铵质量分数为20%,pH=7.0,温度为30℃时,白英总皂苷在两相的分配系数为17.3,回收率为95.2%。结论该方法可用于白英中总皂苷的提取分离。
Objective To investigate the extraction and separation of total saponinis from Solanum lyratum Thunb.using aqueous two-phase system.Methods Ethanol/ammonium sulfate were used as aqueous two-phase extraction system to study the influence of ethanol concentration,ammonium sulfate concentration,pH and temperature on the extraction efficiency.Results The best extraction conditions were chosen as follows:the mass fraction of ethanol was 30%,the concentration of ammonium sulfate was 20%,pH=7.0 and temperature was 30 ℃.The distribution coefficient and recovery of the total saponins in aqueous two-phase extraction system was 17.3 and 95.2%,respectively.Conclusions The method is simple,low cost,less time-consuming and could be used for the extraction of total saponins in Solanum lyratum Thunb..
