微量稀土元素对9Cr1Mo钢焊缝力学性能影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 在国内外标准中,对9Cr1Mo焊接接头的低温性能要求很少。随着低温环境焊接工程的增多,同时对焊接接头低温性能和高温性能的要求越来越高。利用药皮过渡的方式对P91焊接接头添加微量稀土元素,通过熔敷金属力学性能试验、焊接接头高温拉伸、低温冲击、硬度试验以及熔敷金属相变点测试,表明适量添加微量稀土元素能够改善P91焊接接头的性能,尤其是同时改善低温冲击韧性和高温拉伸性能,为9Cr1Mo材料低温环境下焊接材料的开发提供了新的途径。 Low temperature mechanical properties of 9Cr1Mo steel weld metals welded by traditional welding materials are not compulsory required in related standards. With the increasing of low temperature welding projects, the requirments of low and high temperature properties are higher and higher. Tiny Re element has been added into Pgl weld joints by coating transition. Tests of deposited metal tensile strength, weld joint high temperature tensile strength, low temperature impact, toughness and transition point measuring of deposited metals show that the properties of weld joints, especially low temperature toughness and high temperature tensile strength could be improved. This is a new method on developing low temperature welding materials for P91.
