摘要
采用X射线荧光分析方法(XRF)分析黄铜合金中主元素含量,阐述了分析的基本原理,采用经验系数法、二元比例法对基体效应进行校正。实验结果表明,采用经验系数法分析黄铜合金中Cu、Zn含量的平均相对误差为0.81%、2.54%;采用二元比例法分析Cu、Zn含量的平均相对误差为1.40%、2.03%;单样分析仅需300 s。
The determination of main element in brass alloy by x - ray fluorescence analysis and its basic principle are introduced. Empirical coefficient method and binary ratio technique are used to calibrate matrix effect. The results show that the average relative error of Cu and Zn is 0.81% and 2.54% by empirical coefficient method, and I. 40% and 2.03% by binary ratio technique, and single analysis needs only 300 s.
