The Structure of Economic Analysis Method and System of Financial Behavior Space

财政行为的空间经济分析就是要揭示财政行为、空间经济结构演变与区域经济发展之间的内在联系及其相互作用机制。财政行为的空间经济分析是新经济地理研究的重要方向。通过对现有研究文献的回顾与梳理,从理论与实证两个层面对最新研究进展进行评述,并在此基础上明确财政空间经济分析的研究方法与核心命题,界定政府财政行为的三大空间效应,提出未来构建财政空间经济分析框架的研究方向是进一步总结、吸收、消化空间经济分析最新研究成果基础上,从理论与实证两方面考察分析财政行为的区域经济增长局域拉动效应、空间外溢距离衰减效应和策略互动效应,探究财政空间效应与区域经济发展的内在规律。

Spatial economic analysis of the financial behavior is to reveal the intrinsic link and interaction mechanism among the financial behavior,the evolution of spatial economic structure and regional economic development.Spatial economic analysis of the financial behavior has become an important direction of the new economic geography,however,if as a theoretical system existing research is still preliminary.Through the review and comb about the existing research literature,the paper comments on the latest research progress from the two aspects of the theoretical and empirical,and clear the research method and the core proposition of the economic analysis of fiscal space on this basis.Then,it defines the three space effect of government fiscal behavior and proposes the ideas and directions of future research to build the framework of the economic analysis of fiscal space,which is to analyze regional economic growth of the financial behavior of the local pulling effect in regional economic growth of financial behavior,space spillover distance decay effect,and the strategic interaction effect from both theoretical and empirical,to explore the inherent laws of fiscal space effect and regional econoncil development.
