摘要
泰勒《科学管理原理》自发表以来,在争议中不断发展,成为极具影响的一种管理理论。我国学者对泰勒科学管理思想进行了全面和系统的研究与反思,泰勒科学管理思想的内容涵盖了科学管理的前提(人性假设)、科学管理的实质(思想革命)、科学管理的归宿(提高效率)和科学管理的工具(管理技术)四个方面。人们对泰勒科学管理思想的研究也经历了从注重管理技术到反思"思想革命"的转变。
Since the publication of "the principles of scientific management" of Taylor,it develops in the dispute continuously and becomes an influential management theory.Chinese scholars have conducted a comprehensive and systematic study and review on Taylor's scientific management thought,whose contents cover the premise(hypothesis of human nature),the essence of scientific management(thought revolution),home of scientific management(efficiency improvement) and tools for scientific management(management of technology).Study on Taylor's scientific management thought also has gone from paying attention to management technologies to the review of "revolutionary" changes.
