The environmental resources of the growth and development of college financial management professional include hardware resources and software resources.The software environment is a decisive factor to decide a university teaching quality internally.The survey analysis shows that the teaching soft environment of current college financial management is difficult to adapt to enterprise＇s demand for financial management professionals.So we need to optimize the teaching plan,course setting and the structure of teacher team,shorten the gap between theory and practice,strengthen the campus practice teaching and extracurricular practice training,and change course teaching tools and curriculum examination system in order to optimize the teaching soft environment of college financial management profession and cultivate qualified financial management professionals.
