新鲜冰冻血浆融解温度对凝血因子及蛋白影响的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨新鲜冰冻血浆(FFP)在37℃、42℃、45℃不同水浴温度下完全融解后纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血因子Ⅷ活性(FⅧ:C)和总蛋白(TP)的含量变化,找出最佳融解温度及方法。方法随机抽取30人份新鲜冰冻血浆分为3组,分别在37℃、42℃、45℃水浴中融解,测定血浆FIB、FⅧ:C、TP含量。结果随着水浴融解温度升高凝血因子活性有下降趋势,当温度升至45℃时FⅧ:C活性明显降低(P<0.05),FIB、TP含量无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论 37℃水浴中融解是最佳温度及方法。
