摘要
本文用计算机几何技术进行了齿轮-五杆机构的运动综合。基于CAD几何尺寸约束、尺寸方程和尺寸驱动技术,构造齿轮-五杆机构的基本模拟机构。根据不同的综合任务,构造精确与近似综合模拟机构。运动综合可通过不同的几何约束方式使浮动连杆的一部分近似实现规定的位姿,以获取机构的尺寸值。
In this paper,computer aided geometric techniques are used in geared five-bar mechanism motion generation.In case of CAD geometric approach,dimension equation and dimension driving,the primary simulation mechanisms are created.After that,the precision and approximate simulation mechanisms are developed from it.For motion generation,simulation mechanism is obtained by restricting one part of floated linkage to realize the prescribed motion.
