At present in the hot strip rolling automation system,because the control object is electrical,hydraulic system,requiring fast control,this feature requires the system has a controller between the rapid communication ability,therefore the advanced fiber optic reflective memory network RTNet will connect the system.The article introduced the advantages of optical fiber communication,and then focused on the description of memory mapping network performance of RTNet and its various controller network.The application proved the selected products and the network can meet the requirements of communication engineering.
