成功教育就是改变教学观念与方法,通过老师帮助学生成功,学生尝试成功,逐步达到学生自己争取成功,是挖掘学生潜能和促进学生发展的教学。成功体育教学源于成功教育,是运用成功教育理念,创造成功体育机会,帮助学生获得并逐渐形成自身不断追求成功的一种教育过程。在体育教学中开展成功教育是高校体育教学改革的趋势。
