On Occupational Skills in Law Education and Its Cultivation

我国法学教育的职业化趋向要求重视培养学生的法律职业技能,比如解决问题、法律分析与推理、事实调查、谈判、辩论、文书制作等基本技能,通过角色扮演、翔实的案例材料分析与模拟、更为严格的实习与常态化的法律咨询活动是培养学生法律职业技能较为现实的新途径。

Education in law should be the fusion of occupational education and quality education.Occupational education should pay attention to the occupational skills of the students,such as the skills of problem solving,the analyzing and reasoning,fact investigating,negotiating,file making.The realistic methods of occupational skills in law education are the ways of role acting,the analyzing and simulating of detailed materials of cases,the formal practice and normal action of law consulting.
