音乐唤醒在精神科护理中的应用

The application of musical arousal in psychiatric nursing

目的:采用音乐唤醒服务,丰富人文关怀的内涵,持续提高护理服务质量。方法:采用双盲法,对研究组及对照组分别采用音乐唤醒和强行唤醒的方法,观察7个月,并采取不署名问卷调查的形式,了解患者对护理服务的需求度。结果:第一时间唤醒研究组50例(94.3%),对照组8例(15.7%),差别具有显著性意义(χ2=81.6,P<0.01)。结论:音乐唤醒是人性化的护理方法。

Objective：Through the use of musical arousal service to enrich the connotation of humanistic concern and constantly improve the nursing quality. Methods：Used double blind method, the study group and control group respectively adopted music arousal and forced arousal methods, Observed for 7 months,understood the patients＇ needs of nursing service with anonymous questionnaire survey. 50 cases of the first time to wake up were in the study group, 8 cases of the first time to wake up were in the control group, there was significant difference （X^2 = 81.6, P 〈 0.01 ）. CoRdusion： Musical arousal is humanization nursing method.
