摘要
为研究发动机在使用过程中的性能衰退,提出了一种发动机部件性能参数残差序列分析方法。利用发动机模型进行发动机测量参数对部件性能参数的敏感度分析,优化选取充分表征发动机性能衰退的部件性能参数,建立性能参数多元线性回归模型,得到了性能参数的残差序列,通过对残差序列的统计量分析,成功地确定了发动机性能突变时刻,为发动机的维护起到了一定的指导作用。
To study the performance parameter deteriorates of engine,a method of engine module performance parameter residuals series was developed.Sensitivity of measured parameters to component performance parameters was analyzed based on engine model,component performance parameters which could denote engine abrupt variation were optimized.The performance parameter residuals series was gained by means of the foundation of multi-linear regression model.Engine abrupt variation was researched by analysis of performance parameter residuals time series,combining with the algorithm,abrupt time could be confirmed,which provided reference for engine maintenance.
