高职在校生创业意识现状调研

An Investigation on Higher Vocational College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention

国内现有高校学生创业意识研究中的考察对象多为综合性大学学生,对于高职院校学生创业意识的研究较为薄弱。从创业意向、创业领域、创业素质意识、创业风险意识、创业教育需求五个方面对高职在校生的创业意识进行调研,有助于准确了解其创业意识现状,改进高职院校的创业教育。

Existing researches focused on students of comprehensive universities,and pay less attention to vocational technical colleges.But the undergraduates＇ entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational colleges is different from that of universities because of its specialty.To investigate their entrepreneurial intention,167 higher vocational undergraduates were tested by the entrepreneurial intention scale and were interviewed individually by researchers.This investigation includes five aspects such as entrepreneurial tendency,business field preference,entrepreneurial quality consciousness,entrepreneurial risk consciousness,entrepreneurial education needs.Based on the survey results,the paper draws a conclusion and introduces several proposals.
