高校突发事件与大学生自我保护能力的提升

Emergency in College and Promotion of Students' Self-protection Ability

跟一般突发事件相比较,与大学生相关的突发事件具有社会敏感性、主体活跃性、影响广泛性等特点。突发事件处理不当,将给学生的身心健康造成很大的损害,给学校及社会带来不好的影响。为增强大学生应对突发事件的自我保护能力,可从以下几方面着手:培养大学生的危机意识,加强对大学生的心理健康教育,培养大学生良好的心理素质,积极开展自救训练,通过一定的途径让大学生掌握基本的自救知识及自救能力。

Compared with general emergencies,the emergencies associating with the college students have some characteristics such as social sensitivity,main body activity,influence extensive etc.If handled improperly,the emergencies will do great harm to students＇ physical and mental health and bring bad effects on schools and society.To strengthen college students＇ self-protection ability in response to the emergency,we can do things such as cultivating college students＇ sense of crisis,strengthening their psychological health education,cultivating good psychological quality,actively developing self-rescue training.Also,we can make students grasp the basic knowledge and ability to save themselves.
