洞庭湖区农业发展水平较高,有着多样化的新型农业科技服务组织,但其在科技供给和推广方面存在有效供给不足、供给结构失衡、适用型技术较缺乏、推广体系不健全、供需矛盾突出等问题。因此有必要调整现代农业科技服务组织创新的思路和方向:积极培育现代农业科技创新主体,突出现代农业科技服务组织重点服务对象,增强现代农业科技服务组织的创新能力,建立和完善现代农业科技服务推广体系。
