摘要
重点论述了二级轻气炮的重要组成部分—组合式弹托分离器的设计及弹托分离器在25mm口径二级轻气炮上的应用。实验结果表明,采用组合式弹托分离器进行弹托分离克服了气动式弹托分离器的不足,且可有效地发挥炮的性能。组合式弹托分离器结构简单,易保证系统的同轴性,弹丸能顺利进入组合式弹托分离器分离,分离效果十分理想。
Application of combined type dissociator of projectile was expounded,which is an important part of the two-stage light gas gun of 25mm bore by introducing the design and governing principles of dissociator of projectile from its seat.The experimental results showed that the combined type dissociator separating the seat from the projectile was adopted to overcome the shortage of pneumatic dissociator,which did not cause the loss of the projectile velocity and kept the coaxality of the original system.The projectile can easily enter combined type dissociator of projectile from its seat to separate.It is very effective for the separation,though its structure is quite simple.
