鲁西南地区烟雾病临床特点分析

Study on clinical characteristics of Moyamoya disease in southwest of Shandong province

目的探讨烟雾病的临床特点。方法回顾性分析鲁西南地区103例烟雾病患者的性别、发病年龄、既往史、家族史、临床表现。结果 103例患者中以脑出血表现为主的有43例,以缺血症状为主的有55例,以反复出现脑梗死或脑出血表现的2例,以动眼神经麻痹为主要表现1例,产前子痫1例,1例儿童以溶血性贫血为首要表现,发现动脉瘤6例,单侧烟雾病15例。103例患者中均未发现有家族史,11例钩端螺旋体试验阳性,4例有甲状腺功能亢进症病史。结论烟雾病临床表现多样,以缺血症状为主,烟雾病发病与甲亢、钩端螺旋体感染有一定的关系。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of Moyamoya disease.Methods The gender,age,history of past illness,family history,clinical characteristics were recorded retrospectively in 103 cases of Moyamoya disease.Results Of the 103 cases,there were intracranial hemorrhage in 43 patients and cerebral ischemia in 55 patients,intracrania hemorrhage and cerebral ischemia in 2 patients,oculomotor paralysis in 1 patient,antepartum eclampsia in 1 patient,hemolytic anemia in 1 child,aneurysm in 6 patients,and unilateral moyamoya disease in 15 patients.There was no family history patient of the 103 cases of Moyamoya disease.there were 11 patients with a history of leptospiral infection.There were 4 patients with Graves＇ disease.Conclusions The clinical characteristics of Moyamoya disease are various,and cerebral ischemia is the most common feature.Moyamoya disease may be connected with Graves＇ disease.and leptospiral infection.
