摘要
选用1日龄云南武定肉仔鸡400只,随机分为5个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只鸡。5个处理组分别为A组(基础日粮,对照组)、B组(基础日粮+杆菌肽锌50mg·kg-1,抗生素组)、C组(基础日粮+丁酸钠250mg·kg-1)、D组(基础日粮+丁酸钠500mg·kg-1)、E组(基础日粮+丁酸钠750mg·kg-1),试验期21d,研究丁酸钠对云南武定鸡消化及免疫器官发育的影响。试验结果表明,日粮中添加丁酸钠能显著提高武定鸡十二指肠、空肠的重量,而对其腺胃、肌胃、回肠、盲肠、直肠、胰腺、胸腺、脾和法氏囊重量无显著影响(P>0.05)。
Four hundred one-day-old Yunnan Wuding broilers were used to investigate the effect of sodium butyrate on growth performance and development of digestive and immune organ. The broilers were divided into five groups in this study, four replicates for each group, and twenty chickens per replicate. The groups were as follows: group A with basal diet as control group, group B with basal diet antibiotics zinc bacitracin 50 mg·kg-1, group C with basal diet and sodium butyrate 250 mg·kg-1, group D with basal diet and sodium butyrate 500 mg·kg-1, group E with basal diet and sodium butyrate 750 mg·kg-1. The development of digestive and immune organ of Yunnan Wuding chicken was studied. The results showed that: diet supplemented with sodium butyrate could significantly improved the weight of duodenum and jejunum of Yunnan Wuding broilers(P0.05). however, there were no significant differences in the weight of glandular stomach, muscular stomach, ileum, cecum, rectum, pancreas, thymus, spleen, and bursal of Yunnan Wuding broilers among control and treatement groups(P0.05).
