龙胆泻肝汤治疗结核病湿热内蕴型盗汗的临床观察

Clinical Observation on "Longdan Xiegan Decoction" for night sweat of internal damp-heat accumulation of tuberculosis

目的观察龙胆泻肝汤治疗结核病湿热内蕴型盗汗的临床疗效。方法选择结核病湿热内蕴型盗汗患者126例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组63例。对照组予常规西医抗结核治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上加服龙胆泻肝汤。两组均治疗14天,观察盗汗变化情况及缓解时间,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.83%、82.54%;两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组盗汗缓解时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤对结核病湿热内蕴型盗汗有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ＂Longdan Xiegan Decoction＂ for night sweat of internal damp-heat accumulation of tuberculosis.Methods One hundred and twenty-six subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group.Six-three subjects in control group were treated with routine western medicine,63 subjects in treatment group were treated with ＂Longdan Xiegan Decoction＂ combined routine western medicine.The night sweat and relieve time were observed in both groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate were 96.83% and 82.53% in treatment group and control group,respectively.The clinical efficacy and relieve time were different significantly between the 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Longdan Xiegan Decoction＂ has good therapeutic effects on night sweat of internal damp-heat accumulation of tuberculosis.
