摘要
目的观察巨刺法治疗急性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法将60例急性面神经麻痹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例;对照组采用常规针药结合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用巨刺法。治疗3个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为83.3%(P<0.05)。结论巨刺法可提高常规针药结合治疗急性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cross-meridian acupuncture for acute facial paralysis.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 30 cases were treated by routine treatment of acupuncture and medications,and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by routine treatment and cross-meridian acupuncture,with three courses.Results The overall effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Cross-meridian acupuncture can help acute facial paralysis.
