荧光原位杂交在肠道微生物学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 FISH技术作为一种非侵入性检测方法,在对微生物进行检测时无需分离培养,也无需提取DNA或RNA,而是以微生物基因组的核酸序列为基础,利用荧光标记的寡核苷酸探针进行原位杂交来鉴定微生物的一种技术,是分子生物学中最常使用的技术之一,为微生物研究提供了新的检测手段,不但可鉴定微生物,还可提供微生物的空间分布信息。本综述讨论FISH在肠道微生物学中的检测意义。
