摘要
根据宣钢焦化厂配煤炼焦的实际情况,利用回归分析法建立了焦炭质量预测模型。选择配合煤的质量指标来预测焦炭质量,并指导配煤以获得稳定的焦炭质量。结果表明,运用建立的焦炭预测模型得到焦炭的灰分(Ad)、硫分(S)和机械强度(M40,M10)的预测结果准确可靠。结合工业焦炉数据对其进行修正达到了良好的应用效果。
Based on the actual condition of Xuangang, the prediction model of coke quality was established by regression analysis. The coke quality was predicted through choosing quality index of mixed coal, which was able to guide mixed coal and obtain stable quality of coke. The results sb.ow that the accurate and reliable prediction data of Aa, S, M40 and M10 of coke were obtained by using the coke prediction model established in this paper. The coke prediction model was well applied in the actual production after reformed by data of the industrial coke oven.
