膝关节镜下治疗膝关节后外侧结构损伤60例分析

The Analysis of 60 Cases Posterolateral Corner Structures Injury of the Knee Treated under Arthroscopic

目的:观察膝关节镜下和传统开放手术治疗膝关节后外侧结构损伤的疗效比较。方法:将我院收治的膝关节后外侧结构损伤的患者60例,随机分为关节镜手术组和传统开放手术组各30例。对其疗效、患者满意度进行比较。结果:关节镜手术组总有效率93.34%显著高于传统手术组80.00%(P<0.05);关节镜手术组总满意度93.34%高于传统组76.67%(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节镜下修复及重建膝关节后外侧损伤符合微创要求,能及时发现并处理关节内重要结构的损伤,降低膝关节不稳定性的发生,并发症少,住院时间短,为普遍患者所接受。

Objective： To observe the effect comparison between arthroscopic and traditional open operation for treatment of posterolateral corner structures injury of the knee.Method： The 60 cases of posterolateral corner structures injury of the knee in our hospital,They were divided into arthroscopic operation group and traditional open operation group,30 cases in each group.Compare its efficacy and patient satisfaction.Result： Arthroscopic operation group,the total efficiency of 93.34%.It was significantly higher than that of traditional operation group 80%（P0.05）;Arthroscopic operation group total satisfaction of 93.34% higher than the traditional group（76.67%）（P0.05）.Conclusion： Repairing and reconstruction of knee posterolateral injury with minimally invasive requirements,and can find out and treat intra-articular important structural damage timely,reduce knee instability occurs,less complications,shorter hospitalization time,as is generally accepted by the patients.
