扶正补血颗粒辅治重型再生障碍性贫血临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)简称再障,通常指原发性骨髓造血功能衰竭综合征,根据患者的病情、血象、骨髓象及预后,可分为重型再生障碍性贫血(severe aplastic anemia,SAA)和非重型再生障碍性贫血(non-severe aplastic anemia,NSAA)[1].目前,常规西医治疗以免疫抑制剂、雄激素等为主,笔者在环孢素胶囊、十一酸睾丸酮用药的基础上,加用扶正补血颗粒治疗SAA 患者30 例,取得较好疗效,现报道如下.
