经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体轻、中度压缩骨折

摘要 骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折是目前困扰老年腰背痛患者的顽症之一.笔者采用经皮椎体成形术（PVP）治疗骨质疏松性椎体轻、中度压缩骨折,以探讨PVP的可行性和临床疗效,报道如下. 1 临床资料 2007 年7 月-2011 年3 月我科采用PVP 治疗23例25个骨折椎体,男8例,女15例;年龄65～88岁,平均72岁;跌伤20例,自发性疼痛3例;均有剧烈腰痛,卧床不起,甚至无法翻身;累及节段T9 l椎,T11 3椎,T12 14椎,L1 3椎,L2 2椎,L3 2椎.
