摘要
以高锰酸钾和聚乙二醇(PEG400)为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备了无定形二氧化锰。借助XRD、TEM、BET、循环伏安、计时电位等手段对所得材料的物理与化学性能进行了表征。结果表明:所得产物为无定形α-MnO2,其在1M Na2SO4溶液中,电位窗口为-0.2~0.8V(vs.SCE)时具有良好的电容特性。研究表明,高锰酸钾与聚乙二醇质量比为1∶2.5(wt%)时所得粉体比表面积最大,其比电容也最高,0.5Ag-1的电流密度下比容量达到了200.5 Fg-1。
Amorphous hydrous MnO2 was synthesized by the chemical precipitation method by mixing potassium permanganate and polyethylene glycol(PEG400) aqueous solution.XRD,TEM,BET,cyclic voltammetry and chronoptentiometry were carried our for physical and chemical characterization.The results showed the obtained MnO2 had a amorphous nature and exhibited the ideal capacitive behaviors within the potential window of-0.2 to 0.8 V(vs.SCE) in 1 M Na2SO4.The sample obtained at the potassium permanganate/polyethylene glycol of 1:2.5(wt%)showed the highest BET.The highest specific capacitance of 200.5 Fg-1 was also obtained at a current density of 0.5 Ag-1.
