摘要 实验研究表明,单细胞生物分子的随机交互与细胞行为变化存在关联关系,而传统的动力学方程难以描述这一特性,Agent建模仿真方法提供一种新的描述途径。为了验证该方法的可行性,文中以细菌趋化性为例,基于Repast平台对细胞内部生物化学过程进行Agent建模,同时将其运动过程(行为)在三维环境中进行显示。 In recent years,experimental study showed that behavioral variability of an individual cell could be the result of the stochastic nature of molecular interactions,which is difficult to be characterized by traditional computational models.Agent-based modeling and simulation has provided a new description approach.To demonstrate the approach we use bacterial chemotaxis,an agent-based model for simultaneously modeling biochemical processes with individual cells and the associated motion of cells within a 3D environment,which is implemented on Repast.
