摘要
采用常压和压力过氧化氢漂白研究了两个等级的马尼拉麻浆的漂白特性,并比较分析了漂白前后纸浆物理性能和FT-IR红外光谱吸收特性。结果表明:压力过氧化氢漂白效率优于常压过氧化氢漂白,且氧气增强的压力漂白效率要高于空气增强的漂白效率。B级浆可采用单段常压过氧化氢漂白,A级浆采用空气加压的单段压力过氧化氢漂白,都可以达到目标质量要求,白度增值都在28%ISO以上;纸浆经过漂白,打浆能耗降低,松厚度和撕裂度有所下降,其它物理性能指标变化较小。
Single stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching of two abaca pulp samples, named A and B, was studied in this paper. In addition, the pulp properties and FT-IR analysis of the unbleached and bleached pulps were compared. The results show that the bleachability of pressurized hydrogen peroxide bleaching for abaca pulp is better than atmosphere hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Sample A can be bleached with atmosphere hydrogen peroxide bleaching and sample B can be bleached with air pressurized hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Both of them can meet the requirements of brightness, with the increment of brightness being above 28%ISO. After bleaching, the beating energy consumption is decreased, and bulk and tear index are also decreased a little, other physical properties having no remarkable changes.
