硅掺杂对阻燃填料镁铝水滑石性能的影响

摘要 共沉淀法合成了镁铝水滑石和硅掺杂的镁铝水滑石,并将其以浆内添加的方式应用于纸张阻燃中,分析讨论了其结构、性质以及对纸张性能的影响。结果显示:合成的镁铝水滑石和硅掺杂镁铝水滑石均具有典型的水滑石结构,且结晶度较好,晶相单一,带有较高的正电荷密度。硅的掺杂提高了镁铝水滑石的第二次热分解的终止温度点,分解温度拓宽了30℃左右,所剩残余物量增大,明显提高了镁铝水滑石的阻燃性,当硅掺杂水滑石加入量为20%时,阻燃纸的氧指数为26.3%,达到难燃级。 Mg-Al hydrotalcite and Mg-AI hydrotalcite with Si doped were prepared using co-precipitation, which were used in flame retardant paper as filler by internal addition in slurry. The effect of their structure and properties on paper properties was also studied. The X-ray diffraction, FTIR and TG-DTA were tested to characterize the characters of Mg- Al hydrotalcite and flame retardant paper. The results show that the products prepared have a property of typical nanoparticles, with perfectly crystallized structure and high cationic charge density. After Si-doping, the thermal decomposition temperature range of hydrotalcite is widened about 30℃, and the residual amount is increased from 57.01% to 60.85%. The flame retardant property of Mg-Al hydrotalcite is improved after Sidoping, the oxygen index of the flame retardant paper is 26.3% when the adding dosage is at 20%wt, with reaching to the nonflammable grade.
