摘要
为了充分利用纤维素,目前国内外对纤维素酶产生菌的研究工作得到极大发展。通过新华滤纸为唯一碳源的Hutchison液体培养基和羧甲基纤维素培养基从高黎贡山土壤中分离得到10株纤维素分解菌。以6号菌为试验菌进行了试验条件和酶活测定研究,结果表明:6号菌在50℃、pH值为7、培养6 d后具有最高的CMCase、FPAase酶活。
In order to make full use of cellulose, experiments were carried out to study the screening of cellulolytic microorganisms. 10 strains of cellulose strains were isolated from Gaoligong Mountains soil by Hutchison of liquid medium with xinhua filter paper as the only carbon source and CMC-Na medium. No. 6 bacterium was used for enzyme activity study. The results showed that after 6 days incubated at 50℃ , pH 7, the strain had the highest CMCase and FPAase activity.
