摘要 鉴于目前减毒沙门氏菌的研究日益引起人们的重视,从沙门氏菌减毒研究进展、减毒沙门氏菌疫苗活载体的构建、减毒沙门氏菌侵入及其携带外源基因诱导免疫应答的机制和减毒沙门氏菌疫苗活载体的应用等方面进行了系统地阐述,旨在为减毒沙门氏菌更深入的研究提供参考。 As the investigation for attenuated salmonella has became more and more important, this paper reviews the latest progress of attenuated salmonella, construction of vaccine carrier, mechanism for invasion and induce immune response with exogenous gene of attenuated salmonella, application in vaccine carrier of attenuated salmonella, and provides some valuable references for further study in attenuated salmonella.
