八角茴香中莽草酸的快速制备及其波谱检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立从八角茴香中快速制备莽草酸的方法。方法:采用回流提取、ODS柱色谱法,分离纯化八角茴香中的莽草酸,根据化合物的波谱数据鉴定其结构,并采用1H-NMR峰面积积分法检测其纯度。结果:从八角茴香中制备得到大量莽草酸化合物,其纯度达到90%以上,提取率达到13.5%。结论:该方法简单、省时,制备得到的莽草酸产量大、纯度高,适合实验室较大量制备莽草酸之用。 [ Objective ] To create a rapid preparation method to isolate shikimic acid from IUicium v e rum ; [ Methods ] With reflux extraction & ODS open column chromatography to separate shikimic acid from the fruit of lllicium verum ,and the compound structure was identified from the spectral data, the purity was detected by the ~H-NMR peak area integration; [Results]Prepared a lot of shikimic acid from lllicium verum,the purity was more than 90% ,and extraction rate was 13.5%; [Conclusion]This method is simple, saving time ,and the production is high yield & purity,It is suitable for the preparation of shikimic acid in laboratory.
