摘要高频振荡通气(high frequency oscillatory ven-tilation,HFOV)为近年来引入NICU的一种新型机械辅助呼吸方式,在治疗新生儿尤其是早产儿严重呼吸困难时具有常规机械通气(CMV)难以达到的临床效果。本文总结了HFOV对32例早产儿伴严重呼吸困难的临床疗效,兹报告如下。
