少数民族地区农村有线电视正处在起步阶段,分析造成少数民族地区农村有线电视发展相对缓慢的原因,总结农村有线电视建设中存在的问题,探讨少数民族地区农村有线电视的发展策略和应采取的措施。

Cable TV plays an important role in the work of＂issues concerning of agriculture,countryside and farmers＂in rural areas inhabited by minority ethnic groups.It enriches the life of farmers,and at the same time improves their ideological and cultural quality.However,due to the unbalanced development of urban areas and rural areas,the national conditions of China have to be taken into consideration when constructing cable TV networks.The development of cable TV in rural areas inhabited by minority ethnic groups is still in the starting process,thus we have to take into account this difference,and properly handle the problem about how to enhance cable TV in urban areas and how to popularize cable TV in rural areas,and therefore efficiently solve the problem of construction and development of cable TV in rural areas inhabited by minority ethnic groups.
