数字时代电台科技档案管理工作探析

Analysis on the Science and Technology Archives Management of the Radio Station in Digital Era

随着广播事业的发展,信息化、电子化的不断深入,对电台档案管理提出新的要求。从重视档案工作,建立完善档案管理规章制度、档案评估制度,加大检查力度,紧跟档案信息化步伐,搞好数字化科技档案管理,加强档案管理人员业务素质等方面,提出了数字时代科技档案管理工作的几点看法。

With the development of broadcasting,the informatization and electronicization has gone deeper and deeper,which has proposed new require to the radio stations archives management.The author is going to discuss the archives management in the digital era from the following aspects：more attention on the archives management,to establish and perfect the rules and regulation on the management and evaluation system,to strengthen the inspection,to catch up the archives informatization and make the digitization science and technology archives management,to improve the archives administrators professional qualities and so on.
