规模化白内障手术在少数民族地区开展的评价

The evaluation about the applyment of going to scale cataract-surgery in minority area

目的探讨少数民族地区开展规模化白内障手术的术式、方法和评价。方法分析5218例（5741眼）白内障手术的疗效和总结其中“爱心光明行”604例（604眼）规模化手术模式的经验。结果5218例（5141眼）白内障术后1—3d裸眼视力0．1—0．25者1034眼（18．01％），0．3～0．6者3215眼（56．00％），I〉0．8者1492眼（25．99％）。脱盲率100％，脱残率80．18％。术后3—6个月复查1326眼，0．1～0．3者278眼（20．96％），0．4～1．2者1048眼（79．03％）。其中“爱心光明行”5月2113至6月10日20d完成604例（604眼）手术，平均每天手术30．2例。1个术者1d可连续做手术30～40例，5月2713达39例手术。结论小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植人是加速少数民族地区白内障复明工程最佳方式。实现白内障规模化手术模式，是我州的白内障复明扶贫工作的一条提高手术效率的新路子，保证了政府、残联、慈善基金会的大批量光明行动顺利完成，具有很好的社会效益和推广价值。

Objective To evaluate effects of ways, measures and applyments of going to scale cataract-surgery in minority region. Methods To analyze 5218 cataract surgery＇s curative effects and summarize ＂Bright of Love Journey＂ 604 going to scale cataract-surgery models＇ experiences. Results Followup observations of the 5218 patients with cataract, 1 - 3days later, the number of visual acuity which ties 0. 1 - 0.25 was 1034, accounted for 18.01 parcent of the total, the number of visual acuity which lies 0. 3 - 0.6 was 3215, accounted for 56.00 parcent, the number of visual acuity which was 0. 8 or higher was 1492, accounted for 25.99 parcent. The visual restoration rate was 100%. the rate out of elefor mity is 80.18%. Followup observations of the 1326 operated eyes were made for 3 to 6 months, The 278 eyes whose visual acuity was 0. 1 -0.3, accounted for 20.96 parcent, The 1048 eyes whose visual acuity was O. 4 -1.2, accounted for 79.03 parcent. From May 21 to June 10, there are 604 cataract operations were made by ＂Bright of Love Journey＂, 30.2 operations per day. 30 -40 operations were made by one performer in one day, 39 operations in May 27. Conclusion Small-incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is the best measure to accelerate sight rehabilitating engineering for cataract in minority region. According to the cata- ract extraction to help poor people to resume vision, achieving the model of going to scale cataract-suranteed the successful completion of government, Disabled Federation and Charities Aid Foundation＇s mass.
