薄壁管毛坯热处理工艺分析及改进

摘要 针对27SiMn钢薄壁管毛坯热处理工序耗能大的问题,对其进行工艺改进,并对耗能情况进行分析与计算。结果表明,热处理保温时间为4.0 h、4.5 h和5.0 h,工件的硬度、力学性能和显微组织均合格且满足设计要求,故将保温时间确定为4.0 h,改进后的工艺可以显著节能降耗。 Aimed at the problem of large energy consuming in heat treatment process for roughcast thin tube,the process was improved,and the energy consuming was analyzed and calculated.The results show that,when the heat treatment holding time is 4.0 h,4.5 h and 5.0 h,respectively,the hardness,mechanical properties and microstructure of the workpiece are qualified and can meet the design requirements,therefore the holding time is identified as 4.0 h.The improved process can evidently save energy.
