摘要
研究了熔体温度对近共晶Al-Si多元合金变质处理过程中P含量的影响,并制定了最佳生产工艺参数:变质处理温度760-800℃,保温温度740-780℃,保温时间3.5 h以内。经活塞生产实践验证,在此工艺范围内活塞铸件废品率小于等于3%,微观组织细化金相达2级以上,效果良好。
The effect of melt temperature on P content in near-eutectic Al-Si alloy was studied during modification process,and the best production process parameters were laid down,that is,modification treatment temperature 760~800 ℃,holding temperature 740~780 ℃,holding time smaller than 3.5 h.It is approved by piston production practice that the rejection rate of piston casting is smaller than 3% and the microstructure is better than Grade Two within this process range.The good result has been achieved.
