摘要
针对原工艺存在的活块易脱落、造型困难、铸件变形、夹砂结疤等缺陷问题,对后轮毂的结构进行了分析。结果表明,造成缺陷的主要原因是由于原工艺设计不完善。通过采用外包芯代替活块,静压造型代替148震动造型,使铸件质量大为提高。
In view of the problems of the original process,such as easy to fall off,difficult to shape,casting deformation,coarse scarring and other defects,the structure of the rear wheel were analyzed.The results show that the main reason that caused the defect is due to the defective design of the original process.Using the outsourcing core instead of loose pieces,the static pressure molding instead of 148 vibration modeling,casting quality is obviously improved.
