摘要
通过分析零件的结构特征,设计了锁片的冲孔、翻边、撕破弯曲在一幅模具中完成的级进模具,并且实现了无废料剖切。整幅级进模具结构设计合理,动作稳定可靠,零件可完全达到设计技术要求。
Analyzing the structural features of parts,a progressive mold with lock piece punching,flanging,shear bending in one progressive mold was designed,and waste-free sectioning could be realized.The progressive mold has the features of reasonable structure design,stable and dependable action,the parts can fully meet the design requirements.
