摘要
介绍了微量润滑(MQL)切削技术与传统冷却液加工的现状。对曲轴油道孔钻头在MQL及高转速、大进给的情况下对该钻头打刀进行的分析、优化,最终达到理想的状态。
The status of minimum quantity lubrication(MQL) machining technique and the traditional wet machining process are introduced.Under the condition of high rotate speed,large feed and minimum quantity lubrication,the drill which used in oil hole of the crankshaft occur broken blade.A systemetic analysis and optimization to the broken blade is proposed,and the new machining technique performs well condition.
