摘要
针对数控机床加工过程中切削颤振的现象,通过对机床的在线监测,将采样出的加速度信号进行数据处理,提出一种θ法作为判据的方法来判别颤振是否发生,并通过监控计算机对主轴箱和进给箱进行调控,达到抑制颤振的方法。该监控系统通用性强,所用设备少,具有可行性,从而为提高加工效率提供可循的加工依据。
CNC machining process of the phenomenon of chatter,on-line monitoring of machine tools will be sampling the acceleration signal for data processing,proposed a θ law as a criterion method to determine whether the occurrence of chatter,and by monitoring computer on the headstock and feed box to control,to suppress chatter approach.The monitoring system versatility,the use of equipment less feasible,so as to increase the machining efficiency of the process according to follow.
