刺五加注射液益气健脾作用研究

Research on Invigorating Qi and Spleen of CiWuJia Injection

目的:研究刺五加注射液的益气健脾作用。方法:通过静脉注射刺五加注射液于小鼠和兔体内,观测小鼠胃内灌注墨汁在小肠由上而下推进的距离;以及观测其对兔空肠的收缩频率和收缩幅度的影响。通过恒温浴槽装置,观测刺五加注射液对离体豚鼠空肠的收缩频率和收缩幅度的影响。结果:刺五加注射液能明显增加小鼠小肠墨汁推进距离与推进度;明显增强兔空肠收缩幅度,而收缩频率无明显改变;离体豚鼠空肠收缩频率与收缩幅度明显增加。结论:刺五加注射液可明显改善小肠功能,促使消化液与食物混合,增加食物与黏膜的接触,促进食物吸收,具有益气健脾的功效。

Objective： To study invigorating Qi and spleen of CiWuJia injection.Method： Ink perfused in the stomach of mice was observed to advance by small intestine through intravenous injection of CiWuJia injection in mice and rabbit;the influence on frequency of rabbit jejunum contraction and amplitude of contraction were explored.Influence of CiWuJia injection on frequency of isolated cavy jejunum contraction and contraction amplitude were viewed in constant temperature bath slot.Result： CiWuJia injection can obviously increase advancing distance and scope of black juice in the small intestine of mice;it can remarkably enhance rabbit jejunum systolic amplitude while has no changes on contraction frequency;it can increase significantly isolated jejunum contraction frequency and systolic amplitude of cavies.Conclusion： CiWuJia injection has the effect of invigorating Qi and spleen,which can obviously improve the function of small intestine,promote digestive juice mixed with food and increase the contact of food and mucous membrane to boost food absorption
