Influence of Different Extraction Methods on the Contents of Total Saponin in HuangQi

目的:优选黄芪总皂苷的提取方法。方法:采用平行试验法,以黄芪甲苷为指标,测定用HPLC-ELSD法测试乙醇回流法和水提醇沉法提取的总皂苷中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:乙醇回流法比水提醇沉法提取的总皂苷中黄芪甲苷含量高出约40%。结论:乙醇回流法较水提醇沉法提取率高,是黄芪总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。

Objective： To select the best extraction process of total saponin in HuangQi（Radix Astragali）.Method： The contents of astragaloside IV,extracted with ethanol reflux method as well as water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,were detected by HPLC-ELSD by taking astragaloside IV as an index.Result： The content of astragaloside IV extracted by ethanol reflux method was 40% higher than that got by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method.Conclusion： All the results suggested that ethanol reflux method could be taken as an extraction method of total saponin from HuangQi（Radix Astragali） in a large scale production.
