张掖市城区已婚女性妇女病发病率调查

Morbidity of Gynecopathy in Married Women at Urban Area of Zhangye

目的:了解张掖市城区女性妇女病患病情况,认为此类疾病的防治提供参考。方法:选取2006年1月至2011年1月在本市某院体检中心体检的城区已婚女性体检资料进行回顾性分析。应用SPSS 12.0软件处理数据资料并进行分析。结果:筛选的已婚女性35 965人中,至少患一种疾病者16 133人,占44.86%。前5位妇女病排序为阴道炎、宫颈炎、乳腺疾病、子宫肌瘤、附件炎及包块,患病率分别为30.90%、29.01%、28.68%、15.46%、15.36%。结论:女性应进行定期体检,防治妇女病发生,并应尽早进行治疗。

Objective： To know the incidences of gynecopathy of married women at urban area of Zhangye in order to provide references for the prevention of the diseases.Method： Physical examination data of married women at urban area were analyzed retrospectively from 2006,January to 2011,January at medical examination center of Zhangye Municipality.The data were processed and analyzed with SPSS 12.0.Result： The incidence was 44.86%,there were 16,133 patients with at least one disease among 35,965 cases of screened married women.The first 5 gynecopathy were colpitis,cervicitis,mammary diseases,hysteromyoma,adnexitis and enclosed mass,the incidences were respectively 30.90%,29.01%,28.68%,15.46% and 15.36%.Conclusion： Women should have regular medical examinations to prevent from the gynecopathy.Once found,it should be treated as soon as possible.
