眩晕医案中睡眠症名的规范化研究

Standardization on Symptoms of Sleep in Medical Records of Vertigo

目的:检索1949年至2011年有关眩晕的医案文献,分析与睡眠有关的规范化后的症状,为临床病例信息调查表的制作提供可靠的基础数据。方法:以中国学术期刊网络出版社总库为主要来源,共检索到1 296篇符合描述眩晕症状的医案文献。运用Not e Expr es s软件和Excel 2003,对从医案中截取症状归类排序和频数统计,并采用统一标准的症状术语进行规范化,统计规范化后的有关睡眠的症状。结果:原发性高血压病医案中以不寐、多梦、嗜睡、鼾眠4种症状共累计出现143篇,占总医案篇数13.06%。结论:对眩晕病案中情志失常的症状进行初步症名的规范化,有利于提高临床工作者的诊疗技术和辨证论治水平。

Objective： To retrieve medical records about vertigo published from 1949 to 2011 and analyze normalized symptoms about sleep so that reliable evidence could be provided to the design of clinical cases questionnaire.Method： 1296 pieces of articles met the description of symptom of vertigo were retrieved by taking China academic journal network publishing database as the main resource.Symptoms drawn from medical records were classified,sorted out and statistically analyzed with software of Note Express and Excel 2003,after normalized with unified terms of symptoms,they were counted.Result： Medical records of primary hypertension with the symptoms of inability to sleep,dreaminess,somnolence and snore amounted to 143 pieces and took up 13.06% of all medical records.Conclusion： Initial standardization on symptoms of emotional disorder in medical records of vertigo helps to improve diagnostic skills and the level of syndrome differentiation and treatment of clinical workers.
