改良Indiana膀胱成形术的疗效观察(附12例报告)

Clinical results of modified Indiana pouch(Report of 12 cases)

目的 :探讨改良 Indiana膀胱成形术的临床效果。方法 :1991年 9月～ 1997年 12月对 12例膀胱癌患者施行了膀胱全切加改良 Indiana膀胱成形术。结果 :随访 8个月～ 7年 ,除 2例死于肿瘤复发及肺部转移外 ,10例患者均健在。结论 :该术式具有良好可控性、低压、大容量、抗反流、容易插管等优点 ,是膀胱替代及尿液分流较为理想的术式之一。

Purpose:To investigate the clinical results of modified Indiana cystoplasty. Methods: From Sep.1992 to Dec.1997,Modified Indiana cystoplasty following radical cystectomy was conducted for 12 cases of bladder carcinoma. Results: Two patients died of tumor recurrence or lung metastasis, the others are still alive. The patients have been followed up for eight months to seven years. Blood biochemical test、IVP、cystogram have been normal in all. Conclusions:The results were satisfied with urinary continent、lower tension、enough volume、nonreflux and easy catheterization.
