摘要 目的:应用镍钛形状记忆合金材料研制一种无创、可复的输卵管微型节育器。方法:应用0.1 mm镍钛合金丝在马氏体状态下进行加热和一定限度的变形,使马氏体发生逆相变直至完全消失,同时材料的形变完全恢复,经过热处理及重复的形状记忆效应反复训练,达到节育器的双程记忆效应。结果:镍钛形状记忆合金输卵管微型节育器经过热处理和形状记忆效应反复训练,具有双程记忆效应并符合输卵管解剖结构及生理功能。结论:可复性镍钛形状记忆合金输卵管微型节育器具有无创、可复及良好的避孕功能。 Objective To develop a noninvasive and reversible fallopian tube micro contraceptive device by use of nickel -titanium shape-memory alloy.Methods The 0.1 mm nickel-titanium wire was heated in Martensite state,so that the reverse transformation occurred.And then until the Martensite reverse transformation completely disappeared,the deformation of the material was fully restored.After heat treatment and repeated training of shape memory effect,the two-way shape-memory effect of contraceptive device was achieved.Results This device had two-way shape-memory effect,and was consistent with the anatomical structure and physiological function of fallopian tube.Conclusion The device proposed has noninvasive, reversible and good contraception effect.
