高值耗材管理中的几点思考

Several Reflections about Management of Medical Precious Consumable

目的:探寻高值耗材管理中一些突出问题的解决方法。方法:分析高值耗材各流转环节,找出每个流转环节存在的最主要的问题并提出解决方案。结果:针对高值耗材的采购、验收、使用、追溯等环节,提出了具有可操作性的解决办法结论:对高值耗材的管理起到了一定的促进作用。

Objective To explore the solutions of some prominent problems about management of medical precious consumable.Methods The transfer links of medical precious consumable were analyzed,the uppermost problems of every transfer links were found out and the solutions of which were brought out.Results Aiming at links including purchase, check,use and retrospect,some feasible solutions were brought out.Conclusion Some primary problems and their solutions about management of medical precious consumable discussed promotes management of medical precious consumable.
